Reputation management

One location, covering Google and Facebook reviews. Email review requests for up to 100 customers per month, monitoring and responses to up to 20 reviews per month, complaint handoffs and a monthly summary. We invite honest feedback consistently.
Choose either service or both. Standard local-business volume. High-volume inboxes, extra locations and SMS charges are quoted separately. Review outcomes and removals cannot be guaranteed.

Setup connects accounts, establishes templates and approvals, and configures FAQs and response routing for selected services. Profile refresh includes Facebook and Instagram bios, business details, links, existing-logo sizing, one Facebook cover and one revision round.
